Most of the time, the way we talk to the patients and explain the treatment plan they say that it relieves their anxiety to a big extent for them. And then we also take time with each patient to get them settled with the treatment that day. We really don't start doing the procedure the moment they're seated on the chair; we take our time to get them comfortable. We ask them if there's anything else that they need to get taken care of or any questions answered, so that really eases the anxiety quite a bit. And then on top of that, we have (inaudible) available, like for patients who really can't handle it. (Inaudible) does play a big role. And then we also have the option of giving prescription to them to take the night before to relieve—like Valium. They take that the night before. That does relieve their anxiety to a big extent.
But what I find, personally, is most of the time, if you take the time to talk to them and explain what we are doing, then a lot of patients, they really—and if you take the time to pause in-between the procedure so that they can close their mouth or just relax a little bit, patients are okay with the treatment being completed without any other agents. That's my personal experience, it's the ability to get them comfortable and get them to understand what we are doing.
